Postage and Delivery Info

We understand what a complex world delivery and customs and taxes are at the moment so here we have tried to clarify it all for you.

Processing Time

We typically take 1-3 days (Monday-Friday) to process an order. 95% of orders are completed within 2 days, but larger purchases may require longer to get ready. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following week.

If your order is urgent, please add a note and we'll do our best to fulfil quicker - no promises though!

Postage and delivery service

We love using postage stamps on our mail, but it is becoming increasingly challenging to use stamps, particularly on larger and international orders.

Here is how we do delivery at the moment:

  1. We try to use stamps where possible, but sometimes its going to have to be a sticky label. We'll try and jazz it up a bit 😁
  2. We also try to pick the best value service for your package size, order value, and delivery destination within the availability of delivery companies local to us. Royal Mail is generally our preferred courier because they make stamps after all.
  3. Currently we only ship to the UK while we work out the whole international delivery scene.

At his stage we're still working out what works and what doesn't, both for you as the customer, and for us as the sender.

Where possible we'll get tracking information, but realise for small orders this is not the most cost effective option. If we use a different delivery option and its significantly cheaper than the payment, we'll refund the difference.

 

Customs and taxes and all that wonderful unexpected fee stuff

Please note that postage and delivery DOES NOT INCLUDE any extra customs, fees or taxes that governments and couriers might place on your item as it moves around the world. When you buy as an international buyer, please be aware you may have extra to pay on top of the postage cost. These may also cause delays in delivery. We'll do our best to make sure it all goes as smoothly as possible.
